You are
missed.
Keith "Snuff" Gray
1966 ~ 2001
I want to start by thanking all that came out to support Keith
Gray’s Memorial Run. Although the wind and rain lowered the
attendance, there was still over 100 people at the event. We
left the Fraternal Order of Eagles at 3:00 PM, although it
was cloudy, it never rained and we actually had sunshine for
the ride and the dedication at Holiday Park. There were
approx. 60 motorcycles and several vehicles in the
procession. We rode down Davie Blvd. to Peters Rd. to Pine
Island to Griffin and out to the Park. The U.S. Military
Vets MC provided Road Guard duties, and did an excellent job
for us once again. Thank You on behalf of ABATE, and Keith’s
Family and Friends. After the dedication at Holiday Park,
(Holiday Park was gracious enough to allow us to mount a
permanent memorial to Keith at the park) we rode back to
Buzz’s Lounge for the final Celebration and dedication. I
would like to Thank Buzz’s for hosting the event and
providing free hot dogs, hamburgers and fixings for the
event. They also brought in a Band early for the party and
provided give-a-ways and drink specials. The event went very
well and although at times it was emotional, I think
everyone had a really good time. I would also like to thank
Doug and Joe from Calvary Chapel Motorcycle Ministry for the
nice sermon for Keith at the dedication. Randy made a very
nice plaque that has been permanently mounted at Buzz’s.
Thank You all! I hope I did not miss anyone, I know that
many friends and family members worked hard to insure a very
nice tribute that would make Keith proud. I do want to give
a special Thanks to the members of the Southeast Chapter of
ABATE for their hard work and commitment. Although Keith is
no longer living, he will ride and celebrate with us
forever.
RIDE SAFE AND FREE,
Chuck
